Refugee Empowered Access to Community Health

Just as important as making sure refugees have access to health care is making sure refugee community health care workers have the skills needed to provide that care. REACH does that through foundational training that closes the gap in health care delivery while also creating career pathways in the industry. Health care workers are able to provide linguistic and culturally appropriate health care services. They improve their lives by engaging in productive and much-needed careers, and in turn they improve the lives of the refugee community by increasing health care access.
