Time flies when you're having fun!

Time flies when you're having fun! Our Parent Navigators and families joined EMBARC on a field trip to Get Air Trampoline Park. Last Wednesday, 207 community participants showed up, including 55 mothers that participate in our Community Learning Circles. We were able to do two short mental health education sessions with our moms and practiced deep breathing methods to release stress. It was an amazing trip!
